About 24 years ago, he started his own business in the Makado Centre. Now his three sons are involved in the business. Butchery Klaver is a modern and splendid butcher’s shop with true craftsmanship. For many years, they have distinguished themselves with the finest traditional meats and sausages made according to Arie Klaver’s own authentic recipes. All smoked meats and sausages are produced in the sausage workshop at the Witte Paal in Schagen. All other specialties are made in the butcher’s shop itself. Sausage from our own sausage workshop—you can taste the craft!
