My name is Jack Cologne. The village butcher's shop of Hulsberg has been in the hands of the family for many years. In 1983, my wife Tonny and I took over the butcher's shop from my parents. I have always had a great love for the butcher's trade. My craftsmanship has been awarded several times over the years. Best butcher shop in the Netherlands 2009-2010 and winner of the Golden Butchers Ring are two examples of this.
The recipe we use for our sandwich sausage is more than fifty years old and has not lost any of its popularity. The sausage is unique due to the use of high-quality pork and a recipe that guarantees a delicious product. The addition of mild herbs also gives the sausage its own unique character.
