My name is Paul Vocking. Our family business dates back to 1891 and has been passed on from father to son ever since. Tradition and love for the butcher's trade are in our genes. Our production location is located in Nieuwegein. Here we make the Utrecht Vocking liver sausage and various other sausage specialties according to a traditional family recipe.
Vocking liver sausage is a real Utrecht product. Within the liverwurst varieties, this is a true specialty that has been made according to a traditional family recipe since 1891. Vocking liver sausage is dark and pure. No colorants, phosphates, emulsifiers, stabilizers or flavor enhancers are added. This product originally contains little salt.
