Unirice Basmati rice

    1. Wash the rice in plenty of water, then drain.
    2. Bring a large pot of water to the boil.
    3. Add the rice while stirring (possibly salt to taste).
    4. Bring to the boil again, stir briefly and let simmer in a closed pan for 10 minutes.
    5. Drain (use a sieve or colander for this).
    Tip: For an extra long grain, soak the rice in cold water for 20 minutes before cooking.

    Usage

    Keep cool and dry.
