Unirice Rice Parboiled

Per 2000 g

    1. Wash the rice in plenty of water, then drain.
    2. Place the parboiled rice in a pan with plenty of boiling water. Add some salt to taste if necessary.
    3. Once the water boils again, stir the parboiled rice and let it cook in a closed pan for 15 minutes. For a slightly softer grain, you can keep a cooking time of 18 minutes.
    4. Remove the pan from the heat and drain the rice (use a sieve or colander).
    5. Stir the rice with a fork and let it steam off before serving.
