    Usage

    Preparation: Preparation: remove the picanha from the freezer 24 hours before preparation and place it in the refrigerator to thaw. Remove the picanha from the packaging 1 hour before use and let it come to room temperature, covered. Pat the picanha dry with kitchen paper. If necessary, marinate the picanha with herbs and/or sprinkle with pepper just before preparation. Barbecue: grill the picanha for 45-60 minutes and grill off the fat edge last. Let the picanha rest for 10 minutes on a lukewarm plate under a tea towel before cutting. Tip: do not pierce the meat with a fork, this will retain the juices and flavor. Please note: heat the product thoroughly.
