Usage
Before using Veet wax strips, carefully read the precautions on the package. Make sure the skin is clean and dry before waxing. You can reuse the wax strips more than once per hair removal session until it no longer sticks. No more need to rub the strips together to separate them! You'll get great results in just 4 easy steps: 1 Gently pull the strips apart using the round tabs.
2 Apply one strip to your skin in the direction of growth of the hairs. Rub a few times in the direction of growth of the hairs to ensure that the wax sticks well. Place a strip on half of your upper lip and smooth the strip several times in the direction of hair growth (away from the nose).
3 Keep your skin taut. Grasp the tab and pull the strip away as quickly as you can, against the direction of hair growth. Pull the strip away in one quick motion, parallel to the skin, not away from the skin. 4 After hair removal, remove the wax residue from your skin with a post-treatment wipe. Warnings and restrictions on use
Precautions: Keep the outer packaging. NOT SUITABLE for use on the head, face, eyes, nose, ears, around the anus, genitals and nipples or any other part of the body. Do not use on varicose veins, scars, moles, skin with blemishes, damaged, irritated or sunburned skin or skin that has previously shown an unwanted reaction to the use of wax. Always leave 72 hours between hair removal sessions. Consult your doctor before each use if you are undergoing medical treatment that may affect your skin or if you have skin problems. Wax is not suitable for the elderly, diabetics or people taking oral retinoids. If you are using wax for the first time, we recommend starting with your legs. Only wax sensitive parts of your face if you already have experience with waxing. Before each use, ensure that your skin is dry, not irritated and that there is no cream, oil or deodorant left. TEST YOUR SKIN'S RESPONSE before each use by applying the product to a small area of your body that you wish to remove hair from and then removing it, following the instructions for use. If no adverse reaction has occurred after 24 hours, you can begin hair removal. If you have a tingling or burning sensation during use, immediately remove the product with the back of a used strip, a post-treatment wipe or baby oil and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Consult a doctor if the burning sensation persists. Do not apply wax to the same area more than once during a hair removal session. After hair removal, your skin may be temporarily extra sensitive, so avoid scratching after use. We recommend waiting 24 hours after hair removal before using deodorant, perfumed products, self-tanning products or going swimming or sunbathing. When you run out of After-Treatment Wipes, you can use baby oil. Do not use water, soap or alcohol to remove the wax. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the outer packaging. Avoid any contact with the eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
