    Usage

    Preparation: Ingredients (for 4 people): 500 g minced meat, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 70 g tomato puree, 500 g diced tomatoes, 2 aubergines, 350 g potato slices, 200 g grated cheese. Method of preparation: preheat the oven to 180 °C . Chop the onion, press the garlic clove and fry in a pan with some oil. When they are fried, add the minced meat, fry it and finally add the tomato puree, spice mix and diced tomatoes. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Cut the aubergines into long thin slices and grill or fry them in a heated grill or frying pan and let them cool. Now build up the moussaka in layers in an oven dish, starting with a layer of minced meat mixture and then adding slices of aubergine until both are used up. Then place layer the potato slices on top of the moussaka and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the moussaka in the oven for about 40 minutes.
