Verstegen Mix cajun

    Ingredients (for 4 people): 500 g chicken, meat or fish, approx. 1 tbsp (9 g) Verstegen mix for the chicken or meat, approx. Β½ tbsp (5 g) Verstegen mix for fish, 2 tbsp (olive) oil.
    Preparation method: sprinkle the chicken, meat or fish with the Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Heat a frying pan with the (olive) oil and fry the chicken, meat or fish on both sides over medium heat until done.

    Usage

    Keep cool dark and dry.
