Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare the delicacies in approx. 14-18 minutes.
In the oven
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Prepare the delicacies in approx. 14-18 minutes.
In the fryer
Preheat the oil to 170°C.
Prepare the delicacies in approx. 4-6 minutes.
In the frying pan:
Heat butter or oil and fry the delicacies for approximately 11-12 minutes, turning regularly.
Let it drip briefly on kitchen paper and serve
Usage
Despite careful filleting, a bone may inadvertently be left in the fish.
In refrigerator (+7°C): 48 hours. In freezer * (-6°C): 1 week. In freezer** (-12°C): 3 weeks. In freezer *** (-18°C): best before the date stated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after thawing.
