    Remove the salmon fillets from the packaging and thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before preparation. Consume within 48 hours after thawing.
    Oven: preheat to 180 degrees and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Frying pan: Heat liquid margarine or olive oil and fry the salmon fillets for 6 to 7 minutes. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan immediately after preparation.

    Usage

    Store at -18°C or lower. Do not refreeze after thawing.
