Usage
Preparation: Shake: take 1 to a maximum of 3 portions per day. Add 3 measuring spoons (30 g) to 250 ml of cold water. Shake well before use. Can also be prepared with skimmed milk for a creamier shake. Please note, this increases the nutritional values. Smoothie: add a scoop to your smoothie.
