    Remove the salmon fillets from the packaging and thaw them in the refrigerator before preparation. Consume within 24 hours after thawing. Cook completely before consumption. Frying pan: heat liquid margarine or (olive) oil and fry the thawed salmon fillets for 4-6 minutes. Turn halfway. Oven (180°C): place the thawed salmon fillets in a covered oven dish and let them cook for 13-15 minutes in a preheated oven.

    Frozen* (-6°C): 1 week after purchase
    Frozen** (-12°C): 2 weeks after purchase
    Frozen*** (-18°C): see expiration date
    Do not refreeze after thawing.
