Usage

Preparation: Add yourself for 2 people: - 200 g rice or noodles - 200 g chicken fillet or 200 g shiitakes or 175 g vegetarian grilled pieces - 2 tbsp vegetable oil - 400 g Japanese stir-fried vegetables - 2 cloves of garlic - 4 cm fresh ginger Preparation: 1. Cook the rice or noodles as indicated on the packaging. 2. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken fillet cubes or the sliced shiitakes at a high temperature or vegetarian pieces as indicated on the packaging.3. Add the wok vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Finely chop the garlic and ginger. 4. Reduce the temperature, add the garlic and ginger and fry for 2 minutes. Add half of the bottle of Yakitori sauce and let it simmer for 1 minute. 5. Serve with the cooked rice or noodles.
