The Zaanse Half-full Mayo has been developed for consumers who want to limit calorie intake and at the same time do not want to miss the taste of the Zaanse Mayonnaise for anything. The same flavor ingredients are therefore used for the Semi-skimmed Mayo as for the Zaanse Mayonnaise. However, the oil percentage has been reduced from 80 percent to 35 percent. To guarantee the structure, water, starches and gums are added. Herbal aromas have also been added to guarantee the delicious taste.
