How to cook Tonkatsu:
β’ 600g of chicken breasts (beaten and flattened), veal or pork loins cut into 4 slices
β’ 2 eggs, lightly beaten
β’ 150g Saitaku Panko
β’ salt and pepper to season
β’ plain flour
1. Season meat with salt and pepper.
2. Dip the meat lightly in flour and then in beaten eggs. Coat with panko.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan and shallow fry meat until golden brown. Turn meat and cook other side. When finished, drain meat on paper towels.
4. Serve with tonkatsu sauce, rice and vegetables.
