    Preparation method: do not thaw before use.

    Deep fryer: Heat liquid frying fat or oil to max. 175Β°C. Fry portions of approximately 450g for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not fry too dark and fry smaller portions for less time.

    Oven: Preheat the oven to 220Β°C. Divide portions of approximately 450g over the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the baking tray in

    the center of the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn once in between.

    Frying pan: Heat 15g (2 tbsp) oil or liquid margarine in the frying pan. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat.

    Turn regularly in between.
