Requirements: 500 g Koopmans Pancake Flour Gnome, 1 liter milk, pinch of salt, 2 eggs. Prepare the batter: 1) Put the 500 g of pancake flour in a mixing bowl and add the 1 liter of milk, 2 eggs and the pinch of salt. 2) Stir the whole with a whisk or mixer until a smooth batter. Baking: 3) Put a knob of butter or dash of oil in a frying pan and let the pan get very hot. 4) Pour some batter into the pan, let it run over the bottom and fry the pancake and on both sides until golden brown. 5) Serve the pancakes with syrup, powdered sugar or another topping of your choice.
