Maggi Casserole sauerkraut crème fraîche

    Preparation method (3-4 people) Preparation 10 min. Oven time 45 min.: 1) Preheat the oven to 200°C, hot air to 180°C. Pre-boil the raw potato slices for about 5 minutes. Cut the onions. Drain the sauerkraut in a colander. 2) Fry the minced meat in a frying pan or frying pan. Fry the onions and the sauerkraut for 5 minutes along with the minced meat. 3) Spread half of the pre-cooked potato slices over the bottom of a greased oven dish. Add the minced meat with the sauerkraut on top. 4) Add the contents of the bag of oven mix together with 125ml crème fraîche to 350ml cold water and stir well with a whisk. Then add the egg and stir well again. Pour 3/4 of the prepared oven mix evenly over the oven dish. Wait 2 minutes and in the meantime divide the other half of the potato slices over this. Finally, pour the remaining portion evenly over the casserole. Leave the oven dish in the oven for about 45 minutes until done and golden brown.
