Usage
How does it work?
Tear open the bag just before using the heat patch. Shaking the patch is not necessary. Remove the plastic foil from the adhesive side and place the heat patch on the painful area of the back, neck or shoulders. Apply the adhesive side to dry and clean skin. Press the patch firmly and check that the patch is properly attached. A few minutes after opening the tear strip, the heat patch will gradually warm up. Ask someone else's help to apply the heat patch to hard-to-reach places such as the back or neck. Slowly remove the heat patch by gently loosening it starting at 1 corner.
Do not apply the heat patch to the same area of the skin for longer than 8 hours in a 24-hour period and do not use more than 1 heat patch on the same area of the skin. The heat patch is for external use only. Discontinue use and contact your doctor if the pain remains unchanged or worsens after 7 days.
