Saitaku simply Japanese.
How to cook Tonkatsu:
• 600g of chicken breasts (beaten and flattened), veal or pork loins cut into 4 slices
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 150g Saitaku Panko
• salt and pepper to season
• plain flour
1. Season meat with salt and pepper.
2. Dip the meat lightly in flour and then in beaten eggs. Coat with panko.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan and shallow fry meat till golden brown. Turn meat and cook other side. When finished, drain meat on paper towels.
4. Serve with tonkatsu sauce, rice and vegetables.
